...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus (i) declaring the inaction of Respondent nos.4and5 in initiating action upon the complaints of the Petitioner dt.24-06-2022, 25-08- 2022 about the nuisance being created by Respondents 6and7, and despite a Legal Notice dt.20-01-2023 got issued by Petitioners to Respondents 4 to 7, is nothing but arbitrary, unlawful, unreasonable and in violation of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Rules made there under, (ii) for a direction to Respondent no.2 to initiate ac..ion by the Respondents 4855 against the unauthorized running of Christian religious prayers by Respondents 6and7 in their residential house bearing D.no.3-105/C. Adarshnagar, Rajamahendravaram, by converting it as a church in t he name of 'Jesus Discipline Church' without obtaining permission from Respondent no.2 for running a. church in the residential area and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased be pleased to Grant Interim Orders of Direction to Respondent no.2 to conduct enquiry through Respondent no.3 upon the cause of complaints of the Petitioner made to Respondents 4865, until further orders of this Hon'ble Court, pending disposal of the writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:

2. None represented for the petitioner.
3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have conducted preliminary enquiry on the petitioner’s complaint and found that the allegations made therein as false. Therefore, they have not registered any crime.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
