Case No. 262/2025 arising out of Chandankyari P.S. Case No. 95/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. District Judge-IV, Bokaro. 3. On 13.02.2025, petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the victim. She was taken to a lodge, where petitioner drugged her and raped her. 4. It was submitted that there is delay in lodging the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the present case has been registered because petitioner was not solemnizing marriage with the victim. It was also submitted that statement of witnesses has been recorded but there are contradictions in their statement. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that statement of the victim has been recorded and she has supported the prosecution case. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
