1. The instant contempt petition has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed in WP(S) No.5986/2024.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that adjudicating authority of impugned Medical Reimbursement of applicant is Director Medical Education (DME), but he was not made party in WP(S) No.5986/2024, therefore, respondent herein has referred the matter to the DME for compliance of order under contempt, which shall be complied with within four weeks.
3. Having considered the aforesaid contention of the applicant, this contempt petition is disposed of, directing DME to comply with the order dated
2 25.09.2024 passed in WP(S) No.5986/2024 within four weeks from today, i.e., 24.01.2025.
4. Respondent is also directed to take care that order under contempt shall be complied with within four weeks.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. However, it is observed that if issue is not resolved within four weeks then applicant may revive his prayer by filing fresh contempt petition. Sd/-
