The following is the prayer made in the present writ petition: “1) Direct respondent no.1 to take action against the miscreants respondent no.3 and respondent no.4 as per notice issued to them on dated 27.06.2023 which at Annexure-11 and resolution passed by the respondent no.1 on 27.06.2023 which is at Annexure-15 in the interest of justice.” 3. In compliance with the said prayer, the respondent No.1-Gram Panchayat, Paharni, has filed affidavit dated 09.07.2026 on record. 4. In view of above, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum, if the grievance, if any, still subsists. No order as to costs.
