The issues involved in these writ petitions are interconnected and hence, these writ petitions are taken up together and disposed of by the common order. 2. These writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove encroachments from the graveyard an extent of Ac.2.27 cents and from Ghayhallu land an extent Ac.4.87 cents covered under Sy.No.13/1 of Pasaladeevi Village of Ningaboina Revenue Village, Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District. 3. The learned Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Narasapuram, vide Lr.Roc.No.46/2024/Dt., dt.02.12.2025. According to the said instructions, out of the total extent of Ac.2.27 cents in R.S. No.13/1 of Pasaladeevi Panchayat of L.B.Cherla Revenue Village of Narsapuram Mandal of West Godavari District, in the land an extent of Ac.0.65 cents, R & B road has been laid and the land in Ac.0.25 cents has been allotted for construction of solid waste management unit and the remaining Ac.1.37 cents is being utilized for the purpose of burial ground for Hindu people of Pasaladeevi -8- W.P. No.42042 of 2022 W.P. No.17690 of 2023 W.P. No.6707 of 2024 Date of order:10.12.2025 Village. Thus, the total extent of Ac.2.27 cents in R.S.No.13/1 of Pasaladeevi Panchayat is the Government land, there are no encroachments and that the respondents have not granted any pattas to the public. 4. Recording the said instructions, as there are no encroachments, these writ petitions are disposed of. If any encroachments are made by third parties, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court by way of a separate writ petition. No costs. 5.
