Furthermore, the Committee has considered the fact of non availability of institutional frame work with the department of Rural Development to monitor performance of such Rural Medical Officers and as such, the transferring RMO to the Health Department shall be in the interest of proper service delivery to the people of this State with better operational efficiency.”
