This CRLMP has been filed with the following prayers:- “i) direction shall not be issued to the Opp.parties more particularly the Opp.party No.3 the IIC, Krushna Prasad Police Station. Puri to investigate the case bearing Krushna Prasad P.S. Case No.319 dtd.20.11.2025 as expeditiously as possible in the interest of justice. ii) Further direction shall not be issued to the IIC, Krushna Prasad Police Station, Puri Opp.party No.3 to restrain the Opp.party No.4 & his Family members to commit any criminal activities upon the Petitioner and his family members and permit them live peacefully in their respective residential house to in the bonafide interest of justice; If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the rule absolute by issuing puspa appropriate writ/writs. direction/directions to Opp.parties, in accordance with the procedure laid down under Law.” 2. Mr. B. Pasayat, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready to return to his house day-after-tomorrow i.e. 31.01.2026. 3. In view of the disturbances in the village which had taken place earlier, the Petitioner-Santosh Moharana is directed to appear in the Krushnaprasad Police Station during the day between 10.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. so that a Policeman can accompany him to his house and open the lock to his house and hand over the keys of the house to him. 4.
