Learned counsel submits, that the petitioner resides within the jurisdiction of P.S.: Sadar Bazar, Delhi; and his place of work is within the jurisdiction of P.S.: Sarai Rohilla, Delhi. Learned counsel further submits, that though an FIR has been registered at the instance of the petitioner, no proper investigation is being carried-out.
