2/26.11.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3444 of 2025 registered under sections 47(a), 47(b), 47(c), 47(d), 47(e), 52(d), 55 of Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the alleged foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the co- accused Krishna Soren and Uday Shankar Soren. He then submits that only on suspicion, the name of the petitioner has been inserted in the FIR.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that prima facie, it appears that the petitioner is associate of the persons from whose house, liquor in question has been recovered.
5. Considering the said liquor has not been recovered from the house of the petitioner and that has been recovered from the house of Krishan Soren and Uday Shankar Soren and only on suspicion, the name of the petitioner has come; I am inclined to grant anticipatory

bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 3444 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
