The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 20/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Shri Prashant Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 04.02.2025, husband of the informant was shot by two unknown persons near Devi Mandap, Nagri. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that four persons were apprehended and police recorded their confession. It was submitted that first confession of Sunil Kachhap was recorded and thereafter confession of other accused persons were recorded. It was also submitted that one AK-47 was recovered from the field of co-accused Sunil Kachhap. It was finally submitted that co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Prashant Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi or his successor in connection with Nagri P.S.
