2. For the reasons set out in the application, we deem it appropriate to recall the order dated 17.09.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 6602 of 2024 whereby the said writ petition was

dismissed as not pressed and the interim order dated 16.06.2025 was vacated.
3. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
4. The order dated 17.09.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 6602 of 2024 is recalled and the petition is restored to its original number and the interim order granted on 16.06.2025 shall be deemed to be continued till specific directions.
