ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The facts leading to file the present writ petition are as follows:
The petitioner was initially appointed as Sub-Registrar Grade-II in the year 2009 and was allocated to Zone-IV. On 31.08.2024, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Sub-Registrar Grade-I and was posted as Superintendent in the Office of the Commissioner & Inspector General, Stamps and Registration Department, Tadepalli. The husband of the petitioner is working as School Assistant at Madakasira, Sri Satya Sai District. The petitioner submitted a representation seeking posting at a place nearer to her husband’s place of posting, considering her family circumstances, which include caring for twin children and an aged mother. Taking note of the said representation, the 2nd respondent forwarded it to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Revenue (Regn.I) Department, A.P. Secretariat, vide Letter No.E3/6162/2024 in November 2024. However, the issue is still pending
consideration. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services–I submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered as expeditiously as possible.
4. Considering the submissions, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, as forwarded through the 2nd respondent vide Letter No.E3/6162/2024, within a period of four (04) weeks, taking into
consideration the family circumstances of the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
