The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saran Cyber P.S. Case No. 99/2025 dated 30.03.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(4) read with Section 3(5) of B.N.S and Sections 66, 66C and 66D of IT Act. 3. No.30310 of 2025(3) dt.18-06-2025 2/3 informant, got an information that some people are giving online loan and in return of that they are doing sextortion and are committing cyber fraud. Seeing the police party, the three miscreants started to flee away. On chase they were apprehended who disclosed their names Aman Kumar Singh, Ujjawal Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh. On search, Smart phones of Vivo Company and Samsung Company, a laptop of Dell Company and cheque book of Yes Bank were recovered from possession of Aman Kumar Singh, Smart phones of Apple Company and Samsung Company, a laptop of Dell Company and cheque book of Kotak Mahindra Bank were recovered from possession of Ujjawal Kumar Singh and Smart Phones of Apple Company and Nothing Company were recovered from possession of Vivek Kumar Singh. They further disclosed that the co-acccused, Pankaj is their gang leader. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel has submitted that except the petitioners mobile phone no any sextortion photographs were recovered. 30.03.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Saran Cyber P.S. Case No. 99/2025, with the condition:- (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled. 7.
