The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No.18 of 2025, arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No.54 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of the learned A.J.C.-XVIII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is made against the petitioner for taking job on forged and fabricated documents. He further submits that the land in question was acquired by the CCL in the Piparwar colliery and the said land was verified by the Circle Officer, Tandwa and he has certified that the said land belongs to the ancestor of the petitioner and, thereafter, the petitioner has been appointed. He then submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case alleging that on the forged and fabricated documents, the job has been obtained. He next submits that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.6582 of 2025, vide order dated 20.11.2025. ( 2025:JHHC:35265 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 6647 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of taking job on the forged and fabricated documents. 5. Page 38 is the report of the Circle Officer, Tandwa wherefrom it transpires that the said land is of the ancestor of the petitioner and the name of ancestor is mentioned as Lakshan Miyan at Serial No.4 in the said report and considering that the co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in the aforesaid A.B.A. and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVIII, Ranchi in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No.18 of 2025, arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No.54 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
