JUPUDI V K YAGNADUTT The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in calling the Petitioner to Police station without having ANY JURISDICTION by issuing the Sec 160 Cr.P.0 notice, dated 02- 08-2022 and harassing and ill-treating and forcing the petitioner to sign on the white papers with regard to the FIR No.16/2022, dated 02-02-2022, before the Narsaraopet - II Town Police Station and threatening to cancel the bail is illegal, unjust , arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 19,21 of the constitution of India and direct the Respondents No.2 not harass and ill-treat the Petitioner by calling to Police station and direct the Respondent No .2 not to force Petitioners to sign on the blank papers in regard to the Crime No. 16/2022, dated 02- 02-2022, before the Narasaraopet II Town Police Station and direct the Respondent to follow the due process of law” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also filed.
