Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent mistake, name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as ‘Subhash Chand Boss Shikshan Sansthan’ while the correct name of the petitioner is ‘Subhash Chandra (2 of 2) [WMAP-427/2025] Boss Shikshan Sansthan’, therefore necessary corrections be made in the order dated 15.09.2025. 3. Considering the above submission, the instant writ misc. application stands allowed. Amended cause title be taken on record. The name of the petitioner be read as ‘Subhash Chandra Boss Shikshan Sansthan’ in place of ‘Subhash Chand Boss Shikshan Sansthan’ in the order dated 15.09.2025. 4.
