Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are discrepancies with regard to the entries in the revenue records. The petitioner is making sincere efforts since 2019 and in fact he has also placed reliance on the application made by the petitioner on 17.07.2023 through online. Despite the same, the respondents have not considered the same. Subsequently, the petitioner has also once again made representations. But, the respondents have not corrected the entries in the revenue records and not issued fresh passbooks in respect of the subject lands. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that for correction of entries in the revenue records the proper course 5 is to make an application under Form-5, but in the instant case the petitioner has not made any such applications. 5. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application in Form-5 within a period of two (02) weeks from today. On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
