There is absolutely no mention in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition in whose name the patta stands with respect to the subject property. The concerned person, whose patta is sought to the cancelled, has also not been made as a party in the writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by providing all the necessary particulars and also by adding the necessary party as respondent.
