The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 238(A) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. On 15.05.2025, one Debanand Pradhan had died in suspicious circumstance. During the course of investigation, it transpired that he was murdered. It further appears that petitioner was apprehended and, on his pointing out, the motorcycle of the deceased was recovered from a well. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
