1. The limited submissions made by the petitioner is that against her suspension order dated 27.12.2023, she preferred WPS No.6296/2024 before this court which was disposed of on 04.10.2024 directing the petitioner to make her representation against suspension order. She made her representation, however, the same was rejected by the respondent No.3 vide order dated 12.11.2024, against which she filed an appeal before the respondent No.2 on 17.12.2024 which is pending till date. Therefore, the limited prayer is made by the petitioner that the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law within specified time period. Learned counsel for the State submits that she does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is
directed to consider and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. The petitioner is
directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today.
