ORDER:
The petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry dated
17.12.2025.
A perusal of the same would reflect that the petitioner was unaware of the contents of the Writ Affidavit and he never had intention to initiate any proceedings before the Court at any point of the time. 2. At that juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri T.M.K. Chaithanya, sought for an adjournment. 3. Again at 2.15 pm, a mention was made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
