His client made several representations, lastly on 17th March, 2025. He seeks direction on respondent no.2 for consideration of the representations. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there is counter representation by the Gram Sabha claiming the land. Moreover, petitioner has already approached the Revenue Court for declaration of title. He must obtain his relief from said Court. There appears to be dispute on facts. Petitioner, having had already approached the Revenue Court, must obtain interim and otherwise relief from said Court. The writ petition is disposed of.
