Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Mallikharjuna Moorthy K, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Housing Corporation Limited. 2. The Written Instructions are received from the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited and the Department of Housing dated 08.11.2025 and 06.11.2025 respectively. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has also submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department dated 18.11.2025. Copies of it are supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. On perusal of the said Written Instructions from the Department of Finance & Planning, it transpires that the file is received from the Administrative Department and the bills relating to the Writ Petitioner are under process. 3 4. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, directing all the Respondents including the Department of Housing and the Department of Finance & Planning to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court and transfer the due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within four weeks from today, for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
