In addition, based on an office communication dated 07.05.2025, learned State counsel informs that the grains of the petitioner have been stored to the full capacity and the same shall be adhered to for a period of three years. In view thereof, no cause survives in the present petition and the same is thus, disposed of. Rule discharged.
