The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 274/2025 arising out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 76/2025, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 subsequently charged has been framed under Sections 61(2), 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 12.05.2025 at about 6:30 A.M., the informant came to know that the dead body of his younger brother namely Manjit Haiburu was lying in village Gamharia. F.I.R. was registered against unknown person. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. It was finally submitted that co-accused Naguri Tiu has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7229 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
