1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take immediate action on the petitioner’s complaints and representations dated 12.02.2025 and 02.04.2025 (Annexure P/1 and P/3), in terms of the findings of the inquiry report dated 21.03.2024 (Annexure P/2). 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take immediate action on the petitioner’s complaints and representations dated 12.02.2025 and 02.04.2025 (Annexure P/1 & P/3), in accordance with the findings of the Inquiry Report dated 21.03.2024 (Annexure P/2).
3. Learned State Counsel opposes the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case,
submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 4 is directed to decide the representations filed by the petitioner, i.e. Annexure P/1 and P/3 in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously as soon as possible, if there is no legal impediment, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 6,7 and 8.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Sd/-
