Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions of early disposal of application filed by petitioner u/s. 128 of Rajasthan Land Revenue Act for demarcation of boundaries before the SDO, Kekri. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer for expeditious decision on the said pending application, filed in the year 2022, stating that due to non-demarcation of the land, an institutional project has been stalled for the past three years. 3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court [2025:RJ-JP:42872] (2 of 2) [CW-15228/2025] deems it just and proper to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kekri, to decide the pending Application No. 149/2022, filed under Section 128 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4.
