JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 09-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(B), 18, 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is of cultivating opium in forest area admeasuring 6.5 acres. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70736 of 2025(4) dt.09-03-2026 2/2 against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. 6. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
