Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of death of father of the petitioner, namely, Puran Kashyap, the petitioner has filed this petition Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.02.14 11:10:25 +0530 2 seeking compassionate appointment. He has filed an application before the respondents authorities for compassionate appointment on 11.11.2022, however, till date, it has not been decided. Thereafter also, he has filed various applications. The last application was filed on 1.10.2024, however, still it has not been considered and decided and the application has been kept pending for consideration. 2. In this petition, the petitioner has sought following relief: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue direction to the respondent No.-3 to consider and decide pending application of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-7) within stipulated period.” 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents, on being inquired, submits that the State/respondents may be directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3/Collector is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment within a period of one month as he has moved the application for grant of compassionate appointment on 11.11.2022 and it is still pending for consideration. 5.
