ORDER:
Impugning the eviction proceedings in Rc.No.7/2025 dated 25.09.2025 issued by the 4th respondent contemplating to evict the petitioner from the subject property to an extent of Ac.0.01 cents land situated in R.S.No.310/2B R&B Road, Pippara Village, Ganapavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Sri S.Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 05.11.2025 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue alternative remedies available under law.
3. Sri N.Sri Hari, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition. During the pendency of that writ petition, he preferred a writ appeal, which was subsequently closed as infructuous. Thereafter, he filed the present writ petition and is now seeking liberty to pursue alternative remedies. Learned counsel contends that there must be some limit to repeatedly approaching one authority after another, and therefore opposed the grant of such liberty
4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, as the petitioner himself averred in the writ petition about the said cases, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
