On being asked as to why, no such application was filed before the Labour Court for setting aside an ex parte Award, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to reply to the same. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court for recalling of an ex parte Award by initiate appropriate proceedings. 4.
