Heard Mr.S.K.Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Sakib Ahmed, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 & 2/State and Mr.S.R.J.Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2. By this petition under Section 482 of the CrPC, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s): “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the applicants. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to pass an appropriate order quashing the F.I.R. dated 19-11- 2019 bearing Crime No. 27/2019 registered with Police Station Anusuchit Jaati Kalyan, Korba, Chhattisgarh registered against the present applicants, in the interest of justice. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.” 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their clients are not responding, whereas learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 & 2/State submits that as per E-status report of the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted and the case is fixed for framing of charge on 27.06.2025. 4. There appears to be no interim order passed by this Court in the present case. 5. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed.
