This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.1 in deciding his representation dated 12.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the representation dated 12.12.2024 before the respondent No.1, however the same has not yet been decided by the said authority. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Kaushambi should be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Kaushambi is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2024 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
