ORDER 06.02.2026
1. After arguing for a while and after perusing the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Bail App No. 342/2025 and connected matters, when this Court was not inclined to show indulgence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application for grant of bail in anticipation of arrest with liberty to approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail.
2. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to say that no permission of this Court is required for the purpose of filing the application for grant of regular bail.
