The instant habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner-father seeking custody of corpus- his daughter. 2. In pursuance to the order dated 31.01.2025, the corpus - Mst "P" has been produced before this Court by Mr. Jagdish Prasad, S.I. S.H.O. with Ms. Priyanka, FC Belt No. 3066, Police Station Sarwad, District Ajmer. 3. We conferred with her. She is a minor girl of 15 years. In this background, custody of corpus is given to the petitioner-father of the corpus. 5. The concerned Police Officer who is present in the court, shall ensure that corpus alongwith her father shall be escorted to their house in police security. 6.
