Petitioner is aggrieved by a suspension order dated 16.11.1994 which was passed on certain allegations. A charge-sheet dated 10.1.2025 was served upon the petitioner and reply to it was submitted by him on 15.1.2025. 3. At this stage, petitioner has approached this Court that suspension order be set-aside since despite sufficient period inquiry has not been concluded. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has received instructions that inquiry has been concluded and report thereof dated 20.2.2025 is forwarded to the concerned respondent. However, no show cause notice is issued to the petitioner till date. 5. .In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that a show-cause notice accompanied with a charge-sheet shall be handed over to the petitioner within a period of four days and reply to it will be filed by the petitioner within seven days thereafter and thereafter a decision shall be taken within a period of two weeks and if despite co-operation of petitioner, inquiry is not concluded within the aforesaid period, in accordance with law, impugned suspension order dated 16.11.2024 shall be kept in abeyance subject to outcome of inquiry.
