No.121/S3/KMC/2025, dated 28.07.2025, issued by respondent No.4 to the petitioner, without any complaint, basis, or grounds, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings vide Progs. Roc. No.458735/2025/A4, dated 27.10.2025, were issued by the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Ananthapuramu, wherein it is stated that the suspension orders of the petitioner along with seven others have been revoked. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
