Per contra, learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioner was subjected to the proceedings under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and in fact, was arrested and detained in judicial custody for nearly two months and; that the said proceedings are still pending. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly admit the same. 4.
