1. Heard Mr. Navneet Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent.
2. This first anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN
2 connection with Crime No.176/2024 registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 309(6), 310(6), 311, 312 of BNS and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act.
3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the Court concerned to obtain the regular bail.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
