Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police have received empty plain white paper without any content and the same is entered in the General Diary records. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police as and when required and on filing such representation by the Petitioner, the police are directed to look into it and act according to law.
