It is alleged that five stolen motorcycles were recovered on the basis of confession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
