The present writ petition has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents which is as follows:- “…respondents, their men, agents, officers and contractors to take steps for cancelling mutation in respect of Holding No.11A, Ward No.14 of Burdwan Municipality in the name of private respondent and the plan sanctioned on the basis of such mutation obtained by suppressing the material fact and behind the back of the petitioner and to take consequent step to demolish the building at the said Holding No.11A.” It is further submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 31st January, 2018, praying for the said relief filed before the Chairman, Burdwan Municipality has not been disposed of till date. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the materials on record, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the 2 respondent No.3, Chairman, Burdwan Municipality shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 31st January, 2018 in accordance with law within sixty days from the date of the order on giving a proper hearing to all the stakeholders and the outcome of the said hearing on disposal of the representation, be informed to the petitioner. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
