Therefore, without going into merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to make representation to the respondent authorities within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within eight (8) weeks. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No order as to costs.
