Keshri, A.P.P. ------ 05/ 10.12.2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 103(1), 123 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the sister-in-law of the deceased and she resides in another house and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of giving poison to the deceased. He next submits that in the case diary, nothing specific has come against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that in the case diary, it has come that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and other co- accused persons. 5. Considering that what role has been played by the petitioner, has not been disclosed and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of giving poison to the deceased and further the petitioner happened to be the sister-in-law of the deceased [ 2025:JHHC:37083] -2- and she resides in another house, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his/her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-10.12.2025 Amitesh/-
