The above Interim Application is filed to recall the Order dated 11th July 2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 12192 of 2018 and extend the time granted to file the Interim Application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole Petitioner on record and restore the above Writ Petition to the file of this Court. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, and after perusing the Interim Application, we are of the view that the Petitioner has made out a case for grant of relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Interim Application. 3. The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- b) this Hon’ble Court be pleased to recall order dated 11.07.2024 passed by this Hon’ble Court (Coram: K.R. Shriram and Jitendra Jain, JJ.) in Writ Petition No. 12192 of 2018 and extend the time granted by this Hon’ble Court to file Interim Application to bring legal heirs of deceased Sole Petitioner on record and further be pleased to restore the Writ Petition No. 12192 of 2018 to its file and the same may kindly be heard on its own merits; 4. The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
