JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent shall consider a representation dated 21-06-2025 with immediate effect vide Annexure-C. b. Issue a Writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the Circumstance of case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the one-time settlement proposal submitted by the petitioner vide representation dated 21.06.2025 at Annexure-C has not been considered. 3. Whenever any representation for One-time settlement is furnished to a Bank, it is but required for the Bank to consider the same and pass necessary orders, either accepting or rejecting the one-time settlement within a reasonable period of time. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43402 WP No. 20461 of 2025 4. Needless to say, if there is an order of rejection the same would have been accompanied by reasons. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued, directing respondents to consider the representation dated 21.06.2025 at Annexure-C and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from date of receipt copy of this order. iii.
