The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:- That this Hon’ble Court pleased to: A. Quash and set aside FIR bearing RC 2182025A0014 dated 30.06.2025, registered under Section 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, lodged by CBI, New Delhi, insofar as it pertains to the Petitioner, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom; and B. Stay further proceedings pursuant to the aforesaid FIR, including any investigation or coercive action against the Petitioner, during the pendency of the present petition; and C. Direct that no fresh FIR or complaint shall be registered by the CВІ or any other investigating agency, nor cognizance be taken by any court, in relation to or arising out of the same incident/occurrence which is the subject matter of the present FIR; and/or Pass any further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 3 2. Learned counsel for the CBI has pointed out that the petitioner has prayed in the present petition for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings, whereas in the present case, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed on 28.08.2025 and the Court is yet to take cognizance. 3. In view of the same, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh, if petitioner is aggrieved by the submission of the charge sheet.
