Case No.332/2022 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.34/2022 registered under sections 341, 324, 326, 307 and 34 IPC (charge framed u/s 341, 324, 326, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code), pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa. On 16.03.2022 at about 02:00 P.M., 3 unknown persons intercepted the informant and her friend near Badi Bajar Barkandaz Toli and assaulted her friend Reshma Khatoon causing grievous injury. It was submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2022. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by coordinate bench of this Court. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
