Brief facts of the case, are that, on 27.8.2024 on reCeiPtOf credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, S.I of Police, G.R.P., VIsakhaPatnam, along with staff conducted search on platform no.5 of vllsakhapatnam Railway Station and found three persons and one clcL under suspicious position. On enquiry, they disclosed their identity particulars and police seized 72 kgs of ganja from their possession. police arrested them and got them remanded to judicial custody on 27.8.2024. 3. Heard. Perused the record. ii= '\S ra=eE=E 2 I+ 4. Learned Assistant publI'C Prosecutor submits that major Part Of the investI'gatiOn iS completed. 5. A perusal of the materl®al available on record goes to show that on credible information, police arrested Al to A3 and seized 72kgs of ganja from their possession. The petitioner herein/A3 Was arrested on 27.8.2024 and since then he has been l'n judicial remand. The petitioner I-S in judicial remand for more than 160 days. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submitted that there are no antecedents as against petitI'Oner herein and major portI-On Of inVeStI'gatiOn has been completed. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is l'nclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A3 on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/A3 shall be released on bal®l on hI®S executl-ng personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned VI Addl'tional Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways-cum-vl Addl'tionaI Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam, Ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every JZ/ Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. iii) Petitioner herein/A3 shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam dI'StriCt, Andhra Pradesh State, wl'thout leave of the trial Court and he shall make aval'lable hI'S location through mobile phone by pairI'ng it With the mobile Phone Of the Investigating Officer round the clock. 7.
