The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Koderma (Rail) P.S. Case No. 14/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Koderma. 3. On 31.07.2025 at about 12:20 P.M., Koderma Rail police apprehended these petitioners from Purushottam Express. On search, 7.230 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. 4. Learned special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and has submitted that both the petitioners are involved in a case of similar nature. 5.
